Digital transformation is the number one priority for CIOs in 2016. But with key digital skills in high demand and hot new technologies coming to the market all the time, optimizing your ability to get digital done effectively is increasingly a challenge.

We believe CIOs and other technology-driven business leaders should be asking themselves some key questions about digital execution effectiveness.  These include:

  • Which skills should I be developing within my own team and which skills can be delivered by a partner?
  • Should I revisit my assumptions about what kind of roles can be done remotely?
  • How should I manage digital projects differently from other projects?

If you are responsible for leading your company’s digital strategy and executing those strategies effectively, come share your experiences and learn from your peers at the Neo Insights CxO Roundtable on Getting Digital Done. The event will be held in New York City on March 10 from 2:30-5:30pm with a cocktail reception from 5:30-7:00pm.

This will be an intimate gathering of today’s leading digital visionaries, C-level executives. All attendees are encouraged to actively participate. Together, through a facilitated peer-to-peer discussion, we’ll learn from each other.

This is an invitation-only event and space is very limited. But we encourage senior digital leaders to apply for a seat to join other digital leaders from organizations such as Time Warner, HBO, Fitch Ratings and many others.

Click here to apply for a seat or contact Karen Miklau, EVP Emerging Technology, Stafford & Associates.
