Hemant Puthli

Hemant brings over 30 years of experience in IT and Management Consulting Services. He has a keen understanding of global technology services and supplier delivery operations arising from his extensive experience in the US, Canada, India, Australia, parts of Europe and South America. Over the last 12+ years, he has led Neo Group engagements with several clients across diverse industries, involving strategic transformation projects such as sourcing portfolio assessment, partner selection, contract negotiation, sourcing/ governance organization design, governance tool implementation and support services oversight, health checks, and readiness assessments.

Ramyashree BR

With over ten years of varied experience in HR administration, academic coordination, and operations management, Ramyashree B. R. is a skilled HR personnel at Neo. She comes with her expertise in operations, team leadership, and effective office management, marked by her strong organizational and communication abilities.

Ramyaahree oversees key HR function, including recruitment and benefits administration, while also providing support for finance and operational tasks.

She is passionate about designing, streamlining, and people-oriented processes and is dedicated to promoting effective communication and collaboration.

Kavya Srinivas

Kavya brings over 13 years of experience in finance, covering a broad spectrum of functions including client project management, governance services, and financial analysis. At Neo, she has developed expertise in critical applications such as Metaviewer, Salesforce, Sirion, Oracle Fusion, Power BI, Moody’s Risk Analytics, and SharePoint, facilitating comprehensive financial evaluations and reporting.

Kavya’s role encompasses ensuring compliance with financial policies, managing client transitions, overseeing quality and performance reviews, and handling contract renewals, invoicing, and reconciliation. She leads teams in strategic improvements, develops backup plans, and cross-trains team members while driving detailed analysis, stakeholder communication, and effective project governance.

Atul Vashistha

Atul Vashistha is an experienced private company board member, parallel entrepreneur and former F25 executive with deep expertise and experience in technology, defense, global services, supply chains and risk management. Atul Vashistha currently serves on the boards of the US Department of Defense Reserve Forces Policy Board, Shared Assessments, Neo Group and Supply Wisdom. Atul had the distinguished honor of serving on the US Department of Defense Business Board for over 12 years, including as Vice Chairman from 2018-20. Atul is a former Chair of the YPO Norcal chapter and is currently a YPO Gold member at large.

Atul is the Founder of Supply Wisdom & Neo Group and the visionary behind the GBSBoard and RiskBoard. Presently, Atul is a board member of Supply Wisdom, and served as its CEO from 2017 until 2023. Supply Wisdom’s AI led solutions transform global business with comprehensive, predictive, real-time risk intelligence. In his role as CEO, Atul invested his own capital and grew the company from idea to over 40 Global 2000 customers. He raised venture capital in 2022 and brought in a CEO to lead the firm onto its next phase of growth.

He is also the Chairman of Neo Group and served as its CEO from 1999 until 2017. Atul and his teams at Neo Group advise Global 2000 enterprises on how to leverage global talent, big data, and digital technologies to build new capabilities, increase resiliency, mitigate risks, and enable better corporate and societal outcomes.

Before founding Neo Group and Supply Wisdom, Atul was Senior Vice President of International at Cardinal Health (NYSE: CAH), where he led the international operations of the Fortune 25 Company.

Atul has deep expertise in applying emerging digital technologies to enable innovation while managing risks. Supply Wisdom was an early adopter of machine learning and AI and fundamentally changed the risk management space by providing real-time intelligence and indepth supply chain visibility. Today this shift in risk management is being adopted across all industries and a key topic of board attention and action. USPTO granted Atul a patent in May 2020 for his supply chain risk intelligence system, which is the foundation of Supply Wisdom’s data science and automation.

Atul has authored three books: Globalization Wisdom, Outsourcing Wisdom, and The Offshore Nation. Additionally, he is a frequent contributor to many leading business publications that have published numerous of his bylines, including the influential American Bankers Association (ABA) Journal, Forbes.com, and Corporate Board Member.

The Secretary of Defense awarded Atul “The Office of the Secretary of Defense Medal for Exceptional Public Service” in 2014 and 2021. Consulting Magazine recognized Atul as a “Top 25 Most Influential Consultant” and “Top 6 IT Powerbroker”. Globalization Today recognized Atul as an “Industry Most Influential Powerhouse 25”, and Near Shore Americas recognized him as one of the “Power 50.” In 2018, Atul was inducted into the prestigious IAOP Hall of Fame and has received Shared Assessments “Evangelist Award.” In 2022, Atul was conferred with the Shared Assessments “Lifetime Achievement Award”.

Pankaj brings over 25 years of experience in key positions covering a broad spectrum of functions in management consulting, captive centers set-up, operations and service delivery management, corporate governance, project management, vendor relationship/performance management and BPO/IT services with large global companies. Pankaj’s expertise covers the complete life-cycle of services globalization. This includes leading teams for devising and implementing strategy – engagement model, portfolio assessment, head count rationalization, transition planning and management, location and delivery partner selection, setting up of service levels and contracting and governance. In addition, he has led teams that worked on studying, auditing and analyzing vendor companies’ competencies.
