Neo Group was founded on the belief of Talent Without Borders and it being the key to competitive advantage by Founder and Chairman, Mr. Atul Vashistha, who is also a founding board member of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP) and the founding Chairman of Nearshore Executive Alliance.

In 2010, we added to our solutions by launching the real time risk monitoring service, Supply Wisdom SM , a cloud based service focused on location and supplier risk. We have continued that innovation focused on helping client maximize their global sourcing investments by launching the GBS Board in 2016. In this journey, we have been fortunate to have been recognized by IAOP, Consulting Magazine, HRO, FAO, Globalization Today, Black Book and Nearshore, but what inspires us most is the engagement of our team members and clients.
