Objective Of The Role:

NeoGroup is seeking an experienced Candidate to join our Advisory team. This role is at the customer site and the person will be responsible for Governance support for a key client’s Governance processes. He/She will work with the client and Neo Offsite Manager and analysts to ensure that the client deliverables meet or exceeds expected service levels. The key requirement is to set and manage client expectations in a multi-vendor scenario. The person should have experience in managing teams as a client manager in a dual shore model.

 

The person should have knowledge of the key Governance Processes such as Performance Management, Contract Management, Risk Management and Financial Management.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Establish and maintain a robust governance structure, leading periodic program reviews.
    • Ensure seamless data flow between offsite team, client, and vendors.
    • Review and approve reports and analyses, providing improvement recommendations.
    • Collaborate with client and offsite team to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
    • Offer continuous improvement suggestions based on service metrics.
    • Provide client feedback and facilitate improvement initiatives with offsite team.
    • Conduct regular progress reviews with client and Neo leadership, including governance meetings.
    • Act as the primary liaison between customer and offsite governance team.
    • Manage project finances and lead expansion efforts.
    • Develop deliverables using Neo’s tools and maintain quality standards.
    • Perform financial analysis, develop models, and assess global outsourcing risks.
    • Assist in creating competitive RFI/RFP/RFQ and support contract negotiations.
    • Utilize technical expertise to evaluate vendor proposals and support sourcing decisions.
    • Assist in the development of outsourcing contractual documents.
    • Create impactful presentations for clients and external stakeholders.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Minimum 10 years of relevant outsourcing or advisory or client-side industry experience
    • Familiarity with Information Technology Outsourcing (ITO), Business Process Outsourcing (BPO), or Global Business Services (GBS)
    • Preferably, exposure to the outsourcing industry
    • MBA from a reputable institution is mandatory
    • Previous experience in managing international clients
    • Background in technology-related work is highly preferred
    • Proficiency in governance and vendor management
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Project
    • Willingness to travel as needed for project facilitation
    • Keen attention to detail is essential
    • Excellent communication skills including listening, written, oral, and presentation abilities; assertive with a forward-looking, balanced perspective; adept at negotiation
    • Capable of monitoring and controlling project costs, as well as enhancing project profitability
    • Ability to develop and deliver presentations for both tactical and strategic audiences
    • Comfortable working across different geographic regions and cultures
    • Applies creativity to all aspects of the role
    • Capable of taking direction and independently following through on tasks

    Compensation:

    Total compensation will be a function of the successful candidate’s level of experience and fit.
