Reporting: Will report to the project leader as per Neo’s needs.

Role Objective

Governance Analyst role will be responsible to manage basic administration and coordination activities for our client.  This is a hands-on role which involves lot of follow ups and interactions internally and with the client.

In addition to client reports, this person will also be responsible for creating project related reports for Neo management.


  • The candidate will interface with Onsite & key stakeholders on daily basis
  • Good Communication & Analytical skills is must
  • Record meeting minutes
  • The analyst will lead and participate in improvement projects, Collect and analyze data, provide insights on improvement opportunities, identify root causes for process gaps etc.
  • Financial background along with contract administration will be added advantage
  • Support the lead analyst as needed on the respective modules

Experience and Skills

  • Any graduate from reputed management institutes with strong academic record.
  • 0-2 years of corporate experience
  • Expected to be proficient in Excel (Microsoft Office Suite experience a must. Ideally Intermediate with MS Excel (i.e. pivot tables, v-lookups, h-lookups, concatenate etc.)
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Teamwork and willingness to adapt to business requirements.
  • Good knowledge of IT/BPO industry knowledge.
