Reporting: Will report to the Team leader as per Neo’s needs.

Role Objective:

Governance Analyst role will be responsible to manage basic administration and coordination activities for our client.  This is a hands-on role that involves a lot of follow-ups and interactions internally and with the client.

In addition to client reports, this person will also be responsible for creating project-related reports for Neo management.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyst role will be responsible to manage the administration of contracts and coordination activities for our client.  This is a hands-on role that involves a lot of follow-ups and interactions internally and with the client.
  • Along with the regular work of reviewing and uploading documents and data related to Project Contracts (Master Service Agreements) in the client recommended tool for the purpose of BI reporting, provided internal training to the team members on this activity
  • Leading the contract authoring project and actively collaborating with the senior stakeholders on the client-side and supplier team for its effective implementation.
  • Create and update SOP documents (as and when required) relating to contract management (change requests, work orders, obligation, invoice pricing in Sirion)
  • Review, identify and highlight stakeholders-requirement for contract extension/renewal, contractual agreements flaw in respect of missing signatures, incorrect numbering details, incorrect pricing rates, or currency charged by suppliers for their services to the client.
  • As per the latest contract financial amendments create new resource units and service categories and update the pricing structure in the tool for the purpose of effective and timely invoice validation.
  • Assisting in implementation activities.
  • Ensure proper compliance on the part of supplier relating to deliverables and obligations as per contract documents.
  • Replying to queries from supplier end and customer end.

 Experience and Skills:

  • Any graduate from reputed management institutes with a strong academic record.
  • 3-5 years of corporate experience with a background in financials and legal.
  • Experience in managing contracts for IT/ITeS vendors for Fortune 100 clients.
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Teamwork and willingness to adapt to business requirements.
  • Good knowledge of the IT/BPO industry knowledge.
