Abhishek Singhal
With over 10 years of experience in finance and services globalization, Abhishek Singhal specializes in operations consulting and research. His consulting engagements span across industries including healthcare, manufacturing, IT, BPO, KPO and construction. He has expertise in financial planning and development, services delivery, resource acquisition and financial management. As Director of Finance, Abhishek primarily heads Neo Group’s global finance and accounting activities. He builds and leads the execution of firm’s finance and operational activities and also involves in vendor negotiations that result in substantial savings. Abhishek acts as a subject matter expert during the contract negotiations phase of sourcing engagements where he provides support in pricing and scenario modeling for clients.
Abhishek has advised clients like Applied Materials, Resource Pro, etc. in global markets across India, China and USA. He has advised clients on sourcing strategies, cost optimization, risk mitigation and operational efficiencies. He has also developed cost-saving models for companies that adopt outsourcing / offshoring strategy.
Prior to Neo Group, Abhishek led the finance and accounting practice of a healthcare company. He has also worked for manufacturing and construction companies where he has developed and implemented accounting, finance and tax systems and methodologies to ensure all processes and critical controls were effectively implemented. He has provided financial support to functional/ business unit heads, advised top management concerning abnormal/critical issues, examined and evaluated financial systems and designed management procedures and internal controls which were integral to risk management and risk mitigation.

Bhavya Shetty
Bhavya heads the Human Resource Management division in Neo Group. She has over eight years of experience in the field of HR Management in ITES Services, BPO & Consulting domain. Bhavya leads the entire gamut of HR activities starting from being a part of Recruitment to the Exit process. Her areas of specialization cover Recruitment, Employee Relations, Retention Systems, Compensation Management and Training and Development.
Bhavya has provided a comprehensible performance appraisal system to the organization. She also administered the Team Satisfaction and Client satisfaction surveys. She has significant experience with benefits administration like Group Mediclaim. She has been a key contributor in re-designing the Employee Handbook for the team. Bhavya significantly improved the HR processes through lean projects and achieved higher level of employee satisfaction.

Hemant Puthli
Hemant brings over 30 years of experience in IT and Management Consulting Services. He has a keen understanding of global technology services and supplier delivery operations arising from his extensive experience in the US, Canada, India, Australia, parts of Europe and South America. Over the last 12+ years, he has led Neo Group engagements with several clients across diverse industries, involving strategic transformation projects such as sourcing portfolio assessment, partner selection, contract negotiation, sourcing/ governance organization design, governance tool implementation and support services oversight, health-checks and readiness assessments.
Prior to Neo, Hemant worked at the Vice President/ Director level for various Deloitte entities. He started as Head of Operations and Infrastructure for Deloitte US operations in India, where he was responsible for planning, building-out and staffing a captive center serving US clients in India. Hemant later served as the CIO for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Pvt. Ltd. and was responsible for the entire IT management organization supporting the Indian operations of the firm serving Indian clients.

– The RPG Group (a large diversified Indian business group), where he was CTO for group companies in the Entertainment Sector (including the Indian arm of music company HMV)

Pankaj Sharma
Pankaj brings over 20 years of experience in key positions covering a broad spectrum of functions in management consulting, captive centers set-up, operations and service delivery management, corporate governance, project management, vendor relationship/performance management and BPO/IT services with large global companies. Pankaj has led over $1B in global sourcing engagements for companies like Home Depot, Electronic Arts, Exult, Gateway, Chevron, Cendant, Trustmark Insurance, Menlo Worldwide and others. Pankaj’s expertise covers the complete life-cycle of services globalization. This includes leading teams for devising and implementing strategy – engagement model, portfolio assessment, head count rationalization, transition planning and management, location and delivery partner selection, setting up of service levels and contracting and governance. Over the course of his career, Robert has worked with companies like Xerox, where he established the partner and alliance group, and Sutherland, Capgemini, and Genpact, where he led their marketing functions. Aligning sales and marketing, he has established joint go-to-market opportunities and third-party partnership programs to open up new markets, enhance value propositions, and create differentiated offerings. He has expertise in strategy creation, business development, and marketing of solutions and services with significant annual revenue plans.

Sandeep Suresh
Sandeep heads the Research and Supplier Relations division in Neo Group. He has a total work experience of over 15 years and has been working in the market research industry for the last 10 years. He has not only worked with several domestic and international market research companies, but has also worked with leading ITO/BPO/KPO organizations, managing their global research operations. Over the years, he has managed several customized research projects on the outsourcing industry, and has gained considerable research expertise and knowledge in that space.Prior to this, he was working with Symphony Marketing Solutions (now bought over by Genpact), the Global Operating Center (GOC) for Information Resources Inc. (IRI), which is a leading provider of Market Research services in the US. Symphony manages all of IRI’s operational activities that have been off-shored to the GOC in India, thereby enabling IRI to focus on marketing & sales, and drive business growth aggressively. He headed the market information and data management process for the organization’s biggest client – PepsiCo.
Before that, he worked with Evalueserve (EVS), a leading Knowledge Process Outsourcing (KPO) firm providing worldwide and multi-language Business Research, Investment Research, Market Research, Data Analytics and Intellectual Property Services globally. The company has five synergistic lines of business, which together deliver a complete and integrated set of research and analysis offerings. During his stint in Evalueserve, he managed the Market Research division and worked extensively on several customized global research projects across industries, and delivered valuable and actionable business insights to the organization’s clients.

Sara Hauenstein is Program Manager and Executive Assistant to the CEO. Sara focuses on accelerating the CEO’s priorities and collaborates with the Executive team in doing so. Sara is a native of Wisconsin, who fled to Florida in search of sunshine and warm temperatures. Sara has a BS from the University of South Florida, and prior to Neo Group she held similar roles in the office of the CEO at other firms. When not working, Sara can be found pursuing her passions: travel, fitness, family, and a fantastic glass of wine.
