  • Establish marketing effectiveness by building and executing a marketing strategy for short and long-term marketing goals of Neo Group. Develop marketing plans and programs for each product; direct promotional support
  • Responsible for building brand strategy, positioning, and executing consistently across the organization and channels
  • Lead communications strategy and execution
  • Maintain relations with customers by organizing and developing specific customer – relations programs; determine company presence at conventions, annual meetings, trade associations, and seminars
  • Build and Own Lead Generation – Build inbound traffic to our website, blog and also drive content distribution across social media. Use SEO to drive people to our sites and increase brand awareness in the marketplace
  • Public Relations Strategy – Manage communications & build relationships with key publication houses, journalists and such to publish press releases with a goal of being quoted in top sources read by our target market thereby increasing Neo Group’s brand awareness with the end goal of generating leads.
  • Tracking and Measurement – Focus on tracking the metrics and activities that will help achieve our end goal of increasing leads and sales. Clearly define what the activities are that lead to sales and track and report marketing metrics monthly
  • Provide short and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data
  • Influence present and future products by determining and evaluating current and future market trends of said current products at Neo Group
  • Rebuild and maintain CRM and customer database along with opt-in campaigns to drive new readers to nurture
  • Achieve financial objectives by preparing an annual marketing budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions
  • Oversee and manage Marketing & Social Media
  • Maintain marketing team cohesiveness by counseling and managing marketing employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Also, develop marketing staff by providing information, along with educational and experiential growth opportunities.


  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Five years of rich experience in marketing, communications, or public relations
  • Built or was part of a marketing strategy from the ground up (or rebuild of existing strategy)
  • Proven work experience in digital marketing while demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics and SEO tactics)
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
