OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION

This role will be responsible for all Client’s Performance Management & Risk Analysis and reporting using data from our Client’s vendors, part of which is updated on Enlighta software. This is a hands on role and will also require the person to mentor and train Analysts and Sr. Analysts. While the key responsibility is Performance & Risk Management, persons who also have knowledge of Contract and Financial Management will be preferred.

Ideally we prefer persons with experience in Enlighta/Sirion but are open to people with experience in other similar Governance tools.

In addition to client reports, this person will also be responsible for creating project related reports for Neo management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor the client’s risks and vendor’s risk plan & inform the client when risk occurs
  2. Work with service providers to get accurate and timely data for the reports
  3. Data management of data obtained from various service providers
  4. Analyze and provide consolidated report on the client’s risk for multiple service providers
  5. Review and share risk dashboard with client stakeholders
  6. Work closely with the client to review and sign off the SLA reports and initiate improvement recommendations
  7. Ensure that all the reports are prepared on a timely basis with due care to ensure high quality of deliverables
  8. Create performance analysis for every service provided to measure performance metrics
  9. Work with the client and service provides to find root cause analysis to prevent issues from reoccurring
  10. Provide continuous improvement ideas based on current service metrics
  11. Work to create standardized reporting across service providers
  12. Document and work with stakeholders including the IT team for Enlighta (Product) support and enhancements
  13. Provide Team Management – including service delivery, people management and work review

Skills and Competence:

Qualification

  • MBA or relevant master’s graduation from reputed management institutes with strong academic record.
  • Bachelors degree with relevant experience will also be considered

Job Knowledge & Skills

  • 6-12 years of experience in outsourcing industry(IT,ITeS) with experience in working in Governance, Performance Management & Risk area
  • Prefer persons with also has experience in Contract Management, Vendor Management
  • Client management skills
  • Excellent knowledge of Excel
  • Team management and excellent people skills
  • Good knowledge of IT/BPO industry knowledge.
