Casey is the Director of Customer Experience and works with Neo Group’s data, analytics and governance solutions, including Global Supply Risk Monitoring (GSRM) products and services helping clients efficiently monitor their global operations for value. Additionally Casey’s focus is on Customer Satisfaction and User Experience. Prior to joining Neo Group, Casey worked at Sourcing Interests Group (SIG) as the Assistant Director of Member Programs reporting directly to the CEO where she focused on program development, research, marketing and membership retention and communication. During Casey’s career she has worked extensively with professionals in all industries, specifically in providing best practices on negotiating government contracts with special emphasis in assisting small minority and women-owned businesses across the country. In this role she assisted business owners in the bidding process for government entities and reviewed business plans and analyzing areas for improvement.

Brad Pickar has over 25 years of experience in the technology and services sector, and is an accomplished executive in the consulting, professional services, technology integration and global sourcing fields. Brad has led complex global engagements for clients such as Ingram Books, The New York Times, Wolters Kluwer and Staples. He specializes in sourcing strategy, internal communications and vendor negotiations. Prior to Neo, Brad held a variety of executive and operational positions in the consulting and outsourcing fields. At Infosys, he led new business development in the media, services and high technology verticals. At KPMG, he focused on working with clients on business and operational strategy, including some of the first e-business transformation engagements leveraging both onsite and offshore resources.
Hemant brings over 25 years of experience in Management Consulting and IT Services. At Neo Group, Hemant leads key engagements globally and works with clients to assist them in the development of outsourcing strategies and governance models. The scope of work typically includes (among other things) comprehensive RFP cycles and proposal evaluation iterations, which involves evaluation visits to the facilities of incumbent service providers as well as new bidders around the world.
Prior to Neo Group, Hemant worked as Vice President/Director for various Deloitte entities in India. Initially, as Head of Operations and Infrastructure for the captive center of Deloitte (the US firm) in Mumbai, he was responsible for the planning and build-out of a 50,000 sq. ft. facility in the suburbs of Mumbai with a capacity of 550 seats starting from a ‘raw shell’ at the premises. This involved working with architects and interior designers on one hand, and Deloitte US facilities and infrastructure (including IT infrastructure/ data center/ network) teams to deliver a world-class facility that surpassed Deloitte standards – all within a record time of 90 days and well within budget. Hemant was also responsible for the organizational design, recruiting and staffing of key support functions for the Mumbai captive center. Under his leadership, the recruiting team went on to ramp-up the headcount to about 600 technical resources in a period of 1 year, while the procurement and staffing team built relationships with key external providers for ad-hoc staff augmentation requirements.
After the captive center in Mumbai was fully built out and staffed, Hemant then went on to lead the Oracle and Siebel Practices for the US firm’s captive operations in India, spanning the Mumbai and Hyderabad Centers – a total team strength of 300 resources performing software development and customer support roles for top-tier clients of the US firm.
Hemant later served as the CIO for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Pvt. Ltd. (the Deloitte firm in India) and was responsible for the entire IT management organization supporting the Indian operations of the firm serving Indian clients.

William Sellers leads Neo Group’s Supply WisdomSM product growth and sales direction. In this role, he is responsible for corporate sales, revenue growth and client management for all of the risk monitoring solutions. William brings over 20 years of sales leadership experience, go-to-market planning and customer satisfaction in the research and advisory space.
While leading sales practices for companies such as Forrester Research, Eduventures and other IT services companies since 1994, William has brought customer ROI and client retention rates to over 90% in all of the firms he has managed. In multiple roles, William was responsible for Fortune class companies nationally and globally such as BP, Abbott Labs, United Airlines, NCR/Teradata, ADP and Georgia-Pacific to name a few. At Forrester Research, he assisted with building and managing Forrester’s Marketing and Strategy client teams which included the global advertising clientele business. This business served over 10 countries, 80+ clients and grew the Advertising Agency business to a multi-million dollar entity. The Advertising Agency business represents some of Forrester’s largest clients worldwide.

John has managed global staffs and corresponding budgets in multiple locations and delivered cost efficient and operationally effective programs ensuring compliance with local and global regulatory requirements. Bhavya heads the Human Resource Management division in Neo Group. She has over eight years of experience in the field of HR Management in ITES Services, BPO & Consulting domain. Bhavya leads the entire gamut of HR activities starting from being a part of Recruitment to the Exit process. Sandeep heads the Research and Supplier Relations division in Neo Group. He has a total work experience of over 15 years and has been working in the market research industry for the last 10 years. Over the years, he has managed several customized research projects on the outsourcing industry, and has gained considerable research expertise and knowledge in that space.Prior to this, he was working with Symphony Marketing Solutions (now bought over by Genpact), the Global Operating Center (GOC) for Information Resources Inc. (IRI), which is a leading provider of Market Research services in the US. Symphony manages all of IRI’s operational activities that have been off-shored to the GOC in India, thereby enabling IRI to focus on marketing & sales, and drive business growth aggressively. He headed the market information and data management process for the organization’s biggest client – PepsiCo.
